Our journey of  'Re-digging the wells'  began in 1991 in Wales.

I arrived in Llanelli to re-train as a Medical Electronics Engineer and by 1993 I had met my wife Gill from Wales and married her in Apr 1993. From 1991 I have always led worship and intercession meetings around Llanelli, Swansea and beyond.

In the early 1990's I was involved in worship and intercession meetings at Antioch Llanelli every Friday which were called 'Sowing seeds of revival' They were powerful times of intercession. These were empowered at the time of the Toronto revival.

In the mid 1990's the early to mid 2000's there was a powerful drive in prayer, worship and intercession especially around the Pensacola revival in 1995 and the Florida healing outpouring revival in 2006.

Later towards the later end of the 2000's, 2008,9,10, I was involved in worship, prophecy and intercession in Elim Swansea and great spiritual movement was observed.

From 2005-2013 I was invovled in prayer and intercession around 'Celebration for the Nations' in Llanelli.  This was an 8 day worship event each year for 7 years starting 2007 to 2013.

Digging the Wells of Revival

Jn 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear

fruit - fruit that will last and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

All nations  that were touched by the Welsh revival came to 'Sing to the Wells' in Wales to see them re-opened. See 'Celebration For The Nations ' link.   This journey clearly shows that we believe that God's desire is to restore His Kingdom and revive the places where has has visited many times before, particulalry in the land of Wales.

As you read about our journey I believe it highlights the call on our lives  along with other intercessors to re-assign the desolate inheritances and to restore the land through praise, prayer and prophetic  intercession keeping in step with the movement of the Holy Spirit's leading at this time as the Lord is directing.  You can read the journey, the meetings and prophetic words on the 'menu' tabs.

Isaiah 49: 8-9  'In the time of my favour I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, to say to the captives ‘Come out,’ and to those in  darkness, ‘be free!’

Gill, my wife of 26 years was born in Wales with a rich family inheritance of itinerant ministers in  Wales and in Scotland, whilst I was born 4 miles away from a visionary place where George Fox (the Quaker movement in 1652) had a great vision of a 'Tsunami of souls dressed in white raiment' being  harvested into the Kingdom of God.

Little did I know that in later in life I would be visiting many wells as God led me too them with the purpose of re-assigning the desolate inheritances to their former Glory.

                                              New Beginnings 2018

After a year of not meeting in Pisgah Chapel as Pisgah House of Prayer (We met out on the road at other old  hotspot revival sites across South Wales), we had our first meeting back at Pisgah Chapel on the 15th Sept 2018. Since then we have met once a month on Saturdays  up to now (April 2019).

Cornerstone Community Church Singapore who are the current owners of Pisgah Chapel paid for and excellently restored Pisgah Chapel in 2013-2014 after it's outer wall had fallen down in 2011.  They run the site along with excellently restored Derwen Fawr the Bible College of Wales.

(See the journey tab for the time we met there and saw God bring the promised restoration into being. See also links for Cornerstone Church, the Bible Colege of Wales and Pisgah Chapel.)

On the September 15th date we met together with many from across Wales.  We led the  worship with our Korean Celebration Mobile team from Llanelli. See the 'Meeting report' on the Meetings Tab. We join hands fully with God's people in praying for the people of our land in unity as one body to see the Lord's plans come to fruition at this time. Many times in Welsh history religious revivals have taken place and transformed the people, the social state as well as personal testimonies of change. Missionaries were sent out across the world during and after these events.

A few of our old local Pisgah House of Prayer contacts attended this meeting. They used to meet with when we met in Pisgah Chapel pre May 2011 (before the building could not be used for meetings) and then in St Michael's Church hall Loughor after May 2011 till 2015. We continued to meet believing that God would restore Pisgah Chapel the seat of the prayer house and Evan Robert's commitment before the 1904 Welsh revival move of God.

                                                                  Our Further Aims and Visions

We  occasionally hold 2 - 3 hour multi-denominational prayer/worship/prophecy meetings at revival sites around Wales as we are led.  We are part of a global prayer movement of Prayer Houses.

We endeavor to encourage our local community of prayer warriors to  meet together to pray and worship as led by the Holy Spirit and hopefully to  move towards 24-7 prayer, praise and worship anywhere and any time  (across the world) through social media and internet to pray together about  specific things as the Lord leads us.

When we pray we generally focus on these main areas of prayer:-

1 Prayer for Israel and the surrounding nations in the Middle East and the World according to God's written word in the bible

2 To pray for the young people aged between 18-30 that they may be empowered and equipped to be the generational leaders of the next generation.

3 To pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the church in Wales, the UK, the Nations which will cause revival which will affect the Nations.

4 We pray continually for all the saints in and out of church.

More About Us - Pisgah House of Prayer

Pisgah House of Prayer (Bible believing Christian Prayer group) is led by Andy and Gill who have been based in Llanelli South Wales for 30 years. We have been married for 26 years.

Pisgah House of Prayer is a multi - denominational praying group/community of Christians.

We use social media (facebook page Pisgah House of Prayer) and email etc in communication of prophetic encouragements and general prayer requests as well as  meetings as necessary.

We are self-supporting  covering the costs of putting on meetings in a venue and refreshments etc for any meetings. We do not ask for any funding from outside our self supporting group.

We seek only to express the will of God in all that we do as God reveals His will to us through worship, prayer, prophecy and the written Word of God seeking the Lord's plans and purposes in this hour, and to prepare the way for the King of Glory till He comes to dwell and transform His people in Wales, the UK and the world.

Pisgah House of prayer group derived its name from when we were was formed at the end of 2010 in in Pisgah Chapel in Loughor where we met once a week.

When the building became unfit for use just a couple of months into 2011 we moved to St Michael's Hall kindly rented to us by the local minister in Loughor where we met and prayed till 2015.

We continued to believe that God would restore this key revival Chapel (Pisgah) as He had promised.

We have had a few monthly meetings back in the restored Pisgah Chapel from Sept 2018 to now Apr 2019

Pisgah Chapel was was built in 1895 as a schoolhouse (from moriah Chapel) on the estate where Evan Roberts the revivalist of 1904 lived. Evan and his family and friends prayed from 1895 onwards, through the Welsh revival of 1904.

Key scriptures

ISAIAH 58:12 Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations;

you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.

                                                                                   Pisgah Chapel

Pisgah schoolhouse (Chapel) was believed to have been built and opened in 1895 by the 1904 revivalist Evan Roberts and his Father to reach the children in the area who did not attend chapel with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The expenses of £300 were said to have been raised from the revivalist's own personal savings. It is believed he earned five shillings each day from the colliery. The land was donated by the owner of the local colliery.

Evan Roberts was one of the leaders of the Welsh revival in 1904. He was a visionary, a carrier of the Lord's presence, a man of prayer and a revivalist. His family and friends were also prayer warriors and missionaries.

The name 'Pisgah' is mentioned in Deuteronomy chapter 34 verse 1. From this place 'Pisgah peak' on mount Nebo, Moses viewed the whole of the promised land of Canaan.

In 1900 a new venture was launched by Evan Roberts at Pisgah. This was called 'Cylch Gweddi' (Prayer circle). Its aim was to teach young men for public worship and service and to pray for a great move of God in the land.

Evan Roberts was recorded as saying that he had been given a vision from the Lord of a hundred thousand souls being saved. He obviously stood on his 'Pisgah Peak' praying whilst viewing his Promised Land of salvation in Wales!

See the 2016 reports tab for the meetings and the vision 2016 tab for more information.

We will continue to meet at sites around Wales for prayer praise and intercession once a month minimum. We will keep you informed of these days of worship.

We will also join with other gatherings around Wales to fuel intercession worship and praise in the nation

                                                                  More  Key Scripture Verses

     Prayer and Humility

2 Chronicles 7:1 When Solomon finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the temple. 2 The priests could not enter the temple of the Lord because the glory of the Lord filled it. 3 When all the Israelites saw the fire coming down and the glory of the Lord above the temple, they knelt on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying,

“He is good; his love endures forever.”

Also:-

14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 15 Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. 16 I have chosen and consecrated this temple so that my Name may be there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.

  Psalm 85 says

"1 You, Lord, showed favour to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob.

2 You forgave the iniquity of your people and covered all their sins.

3 You set aside your entire wrath and turned from your fierce anger.

4 Restore us again, God our Saviour, and put away your displeasure toward us.

5 Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your anger through all  generations?

6   Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?

7 Show us your unfailing love, Lord, and grant us your salvation."

PLEASE DO IT AGAIN LORD! Revive us again!

8 I will listen to what God the Lord says;  he promises peace to his people, his faithful servants—  but let them not turn to folly.

9 Surely his salvation is near those who fear him,  that his glory may dwell in our land.

10 Love and faithfulness meet together;  righteousness and peace kiss each other.

11 Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven.

12 The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.

13 Righteousness goes before him and prepares the way for his steps.

Greater Glory has been promised! God has promised us that if we pray and seek His face He will send greater Glory on the latter house and that     'The desired of all nations will come!'

Haggai 2: 3 ‘Who of you is left who saw this house in its former glory? How does

it look to you now? Does it not seem to you like nothing?

4 But now be strong, Zerubbabel,’ declares the Lord. ‘Be strong, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,’ declares the Lord, ‘and work. For I am with you,’ declares the Lord Almighty.

5 ‘This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.’

6 “This is what the Lord Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the

dry land.

7 I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty.

8 ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty.

9 ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty.

‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty.”

Isaiah 58:12.  'Our people will rebuild the ancient ruins. We will restore the age old foundations, and we will be called  'repairer of the broken walls and restorer of streets with dwellings.

 Isaiah 49: 8-9

In the time of my favour I will answer you, and in the day of salvation I will help you; I will keep you and make you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land and to reassign its desolate inheritances, to say to the captives ‘Come out,’ and to those in darkness, ‘be free!’

We believe that He will come just as He promised and dwell with His people affecting this nation with His presence resulting in many salvations, revival in the church and awakening in the Nations.

Heb 12:1-3 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Joshua 1: 3 and 9

“I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Gal 6: 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up!

We believe worship is key Numbers 21:16-18

16 From there they continued on to Beer, the well where the Lord said to Moses, “Gather the people together and I will give them water.”

17 Then Israel sang this song:

“Spring up, O well!      Sing about it,

18 about the well that the princes dug,  that the nobles of the people sank— the nobles with scepters and staffs.”

We need to gather and sing to the well of salvation, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings that the King of Glory may come in.

Psalm 24/7 Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

9 Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

10 Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty — he is the King of glory.

We have a Call to 24-7 prayer and worship. House of Prayer.

Isaiah 56:7 says " I will bring them to my Holy Mountain of Jerusalem and will fill them with joy in my house of prayer.  I will accept their burnt offerings and sacrifices, because my Temple will be called a House of Prayer for all Nations.

Haggai 1:12 Then Zerubbabel son of Shieltiel, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the whole remnant of the people obeyed the voice of the Lord their God and the message of the prophet Haggai, because the Lord their God had sent him. And the people feared the Lord.

13 Then Haggai, the Lord’s messenger, gave this message of the Lord to the people: “I am with you,” declares the Lord.

14 So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the Spirit of the whole remnant of the people.  They came and began to work on the House of the Lord Almighty, their God.

Caleb's Wholehearted belief in the promise of God.

Allotment for Caleb

Joshua 14: 6 Now the people of Judah approached Joshua at Gilgal, and Caleb son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite said to him, “You know what the Lord said to Moses the man of God at Kadesh Barnea about you and me.

7 I was forty years old when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadesh Barnea to explore the land. And I brought him back a report according to my convictions,

8 but my fellow Israelites who went up with me made the hearts of the people melt in fear. I, however, followed the Lord my God wholeheartedly.

9 So on that day Moses swore to me, ‘The land on which your feet have walked will be your inheritance and that of your children forever, because you have followed the Lord my God wholeheartedly.’

We believe that as God builds His House He would send a Great Youth Awakening to the land and pour out a Great Revival to the Body of Christ in Wales, the UK and the Nations.
